• Define strategy: you translate corporate and divisional strategy into a clear direction for your planning team
• Lead the team: you inspire, coach and motivate Planning Officers and Experts, building a strong, collaborative culture
• Process Optimization: You ensure the scheduling of inspections, audits, and services is efficient and customer-oriented always on time and as promised
• Stakeholder Management: you align with Operations Managers, Team Leads and Customer Services to perfectly match planning capacity with operational needs
• Drive projects: you lead improvement and innovation projects, from processing design to the implementation of new technologies
• Monitor results: you track performance, budgets and KPI’s, taking action where necessary to achieve organizational goals
• Ownership: you take ownership on strategic decisions and initiate improvement projects, advising the Workforce Planning Director

As Operations Manager Planning, you translate Vinçotte’s strategic goals into a clear direction for your department. You ensure that the vision and priorities are communicated effectively within the team and take the lead in improvement projects that enhance efficiency and service quality. Maintaining a strong helicopter view, you develop and refine the planning strategy, foster collaboration and teambuilding, and keep a close watch on results and budgets.

In addition, you play an active role in driving cross-departmental projects. You implement innovative solutions, monitor deadlines and resources, and ensure that every trajectory is completed on time and to the highest quality standards. In this way, you combine strategic insight with operational decisiveness, steering continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Wie zoeken we?

• You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• You have at least 8 years of experience in operations, planning, or workforce management, where you’ve proven your impact
• Leading and coaching is your second nature; you know how to inspire a team and build a collaborative culture
• You are a strong communicator who switches fluently between Dutch and French, with a solid command of English
• Strategic yet agile: you effortlessly translate a long-term vision into clear operational priorities and KPI’s
• You are data-driven and analytical, transforming complex information into actionable strategic insights
• Change-minded and innovative: you have a natural affinity for digitalization and love optimizing processes
• You are an expert project manager who keeps a firm grip on budgets, deadlines and resource capacity
• Quality and feasibility are your benchmarks; you ensure every production flow and schedule is realistic and high-standard
